These terms govern your use of EbikeLegalSource.com, a website owned and operated by Shiner Law Group, P.A. By using the site you accept them. Last reviewed: September 1, 2026.
What This Site Is For
This site publishes general information about Florida law as it affects people injured while riding electric bicycles. It is attorney advertising, and it exists so that a reader can understand the law that applies to them and decide whether to seek advice.
It is not a substitute for advice, and it is not a source you should rely on to decide what to do about a specific claim.
No Legal Advice, No Attorney-Client Relationship
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Reading it does not make you a client of Shiner Law Group, P.A., and submitting the case review form does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when the firm and a client sign a written fee agreement.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website. Information sent before an attorney-client relationship exists may not be protected in the way communications with your own lawyer are.
Accuracy and Currency
Every legal statement on this site carries the statute or regulation subsection it rests on, and every page carries a review date. We take that seriously: the citations were checked against official sources on the review dates shown.
Statutes are amended, and law changes. We do not warrant that the site is accurate or current at the moment you read it. Check the review date against today’s date, and check the statute text yourself before relying on any summary of it — including ours. Every citation the site relies on is listed at the statute index so you can do exactly that.
If you find an error, tell us. Email joseph@shinerlawgroup.com. A correction that holds up gets made and the review date is restamped.
No Outcome Promises
This site publishes no case results, no settlement or verdict figures, and no average case values. It does not predict outcomes and it will not tell you what a claim is worth. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
Using the Site
You may read, print, and share pages from this site for your own use, and quote from it with attribution. If you quote a statement of law, reproduce the citation with it — a statement without its subsection is not usable and may be wrong by the time it is read.
You may not:
- Use the site or its forms to send unlawful, abusive, or deliberately false information;
- Submit another person’s information without their knowledge;
- Attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or its security;
- Scrape or reproduce the site wholesale so as to present it as your own; or
- Use it in any way that would be unlawful or that would breach these terms.
For automated agents and crawlers, the site publishes machine-readable guidance at /agents.md and a plain-text index at /llms.txt, and the same rule applies: reproduce the citation with the statement.
Content and Intellectual Property
The text, design, and structure of this site belong to Shiner Law Group, P.A., except for material quoted from statutes, regulations, and other public sources, which belongs to whoever published it. Quoting the law is not a claim of ownership over the law.
Third-Party Services and Links
This site uses Google Analytics, loads an accessibility widget from UserWay, and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. It is hosted on Netlify, which also processes form submissions. Those services operate under their own terms, which we do not control. The privacy policy sets out exactly what each one does and how to opt out of analytics.
Where the site refers to a statute, a court decision, or a government publication, it does so to identify the source. This site does not link to, name, or comment on any other law firm.
No Warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current, and to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida. The site addresses Florida law and is not intended to solicit clients in any jurisdiction where doing so would be improper. Shiner Law Group, P.A. is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.
Changes
These terms may change. The review date at the top shows when they were last looked at. Questions go to joseph@shinerlawgroup.com or the contact page.
