This policy explains what EbikeLegalSource.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to describe what this site actually does rather than to cover every eventuality, and it is kept short for that reason.

What We Collect
Only what you type into the case review form. That form asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- A description of what happened, if you choose to give one
- Your consent to be contacted, which is a required checkbox
- The page you submitted from, recorded automatically so the firm knows what you were reading
There is also a hidden field used to detect automated submissions. It is not about you and it is ignored unless a bot fills it in.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. It records the pages you view, roughly when, the site or search that referred you, and general device and browser information. Google receives your IP address as part of any ordinary web request, and uses it to derive an approximate location.
What we do not do. There is no tag manager container, no advertising or remarketing pixel, and no session-recording or heatmap tool. We do not attempt to identify you personally from analytics, we do not combine it with what you submit through the form, and we do not sell or rent anything to anyone.
Opting out. Google publishes a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data, and most browsers and content blockers will block the tag if you ask them to. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Cookies and Third-Party Services
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. They are first-party cookies — set on this domain, not a third-party one — and they are how repeat visits are recognized as the same browser. The site’s own code sets no cookies beyond these.

Those are the only third-party services this site loads. If that changes, this page changes with it — that is a rule enforced in the code, not an aspiration.
What We Do With It
Information you submit through the case review form goes to Shiner Law Group, P.A. so the firm can respond to your inquiry. That is the only purpose. It is not used for advertising, it is not shared with any other law firm, and it is not sold.
By checking the consent box you agree the firm may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message, or email, including at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of representation, and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us.
Hosting and Form Processing
This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify before being delivered to the firm. Netlify therefore processes the information you submit, and its own privacy terms apply to that processing. Standard web server logs, including IP addresses, are generated by hosting in the ordinary way.
Submitting the Form Does Not Make You a Client
This matters more than most items in a privacy policy. Submitting the case review form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send before such a relationship exists may not be protected in the way communications with your own lawyer are.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website. If your situation is urgent, call the number on the contact page.
Keeping and Removing Information
The firm keeps inquiry information for as long as it needs it to respond and to meet its own professional and record-keeping obligations. If you want your inquiry deleted, ask — email joseph@shinerlawgroup.com or call, and say what you submitted and roughly when.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through the case review form. If you believe a child has submitted information, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
If this site starts doing something different — a tag manager, an advertising pixel, a chat widget, or any other third-party service — this page is updated to say so and the review date above changes. Google Analytics was added on September 1, 2026 and this page was rewritten in the same change. The accurate way to check what the site loads is to look; nothing here is hidden.
